Please note, double check that any potential construction loans are not 'Off The Plan' purchases. You can do this by looking at the valuation on file for the property, which will show pictures of a brand new, freshly built house. These will be for Sally to handle, not a construction loan.

For lenders that issue the documents directly to the clients:
ANZ / ME / Adelaide / MyState / Choicelend / Virgin / CBA / NAB / uBank / Suncorp
Send relevant email template to client (in Monday "Settlement Board" in "Templates" section) then complete the loan docs checklist in the 'templates' section of Settlement Board IN FULL, including the #9 email.
Check to see if the documents have been issued yet. (Look on the broker portal for that bank, or search the application number).
If they have been issued, put into next section in "Loan docs issued - waiting on client to sign/return" change label to "waiting on client" If not, change the label in Monday to 'Waiting on loan docs to be issued" , and make a note to chase this up with the bank.
