Whether you are a new or existing client, our team will send you an email labelled a “Hello Pack” for you to fill out information and importantly sign and privacy and consent.
Here are some helpful tips if you are having trouble accessing your Hello Pack.
- If the link has expired or no longer directs you to the online system, please reach out to our staff at team@uploans.com.au to re-issue a new link for you.
- Initially, if you are unable to log into your account or do not know your username and password, please use the reset password option using the email address we have for your contact.
- When resetting your password, ensure you are providing a password of 12 letters minimum.
- Once you are presented with the 2-factor authentication method, we suggest you use the SMS code reference for best access.
