I cannot thank Kirsty from Up Loans enough for absolutely everything she did for me when assisting me to buy my first house. I could NOT have done it without her. And I don't say that lightly. From the very beginning, it was never more than a few hours to ever get replies from Kirsty, even on weekends! It felt like she would always be there when I needed to ask questions that probably sounded so silly, but she even made me feel okay to ask those kind of questions! Even now, she checks on me to make sure everything is going okay and she is just so sweet! I know it is her job, but I am just super grateful and will always remember how easy you made it seem!
