After the purchasers were with another bank for almost 3 weeks with no direction, you were able to get it done in 3 days!! Your ability to keep both buyer and agent (and in turn vendor) informed on the progress with emails each day telling us of the developments was unbelievable. It is the major piece of the puzzle missing in the finance industry, lack of regular communication and you have made that just so good. Well done and no doubt we will be doing many more deals.
