We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Up Loans team, from the moment we met with Carrie we felt instantly relaxed and were pleasantly surprised by her confidence in us! It was like we were chatting to a friend and she actually made the impossible seem possible! No question felt too silly or annoying and the whole way we were guided and supported. Eliza was also incredible and patient and helped us so much, our trips to the office were most enjoyable, we cannot thank the team enough. Abbey and Tamra were very supportive and so lovely in following up things with us too.
