I am very grateful to Kirsty Dunphey from Up Loans who was able to organise finances within a short space of time when my own financial institution whom I had a mortgage with for many years pulled out of an Auction after I had successfully bid on the house. Kirsty worked tirelessly to not only ensure that I kept my new house, but also was able to get the best interest rate to refinance my existing mortgage. I would not be in the ideal situation that I am currently in if it were not for Kirsty Dunphey! As part of Kirsty's ongoing support, she is now trying to assist me to finance an extension.
