Top-up - Up Loans

Thank you for letting us know you’d like a small amount extra on your home loan.

Please know that for top up applications at the same bank under $150,000 the amount the bank pays us for these is significantly less than the amount we have to pay in staffing and preparation costs to write the loan, so there is a small charge of $500 to cover some of the costs, that is payable upon approval.
