Please check your contract has no additional chattels in it such as TVs, ride on lawn mowers, furnishings beyond standard curtains, light fittings, oven etc. If it does please note that this can impact on valuations and we typically recommend they are not included on your contract of sale, but on a seperate side agreement that we do not receive as part of the sales contract.

Please note we do NOT read your contract in detail as we are not legally qualified to do so. If there are any clauses that you wish to make us aware of that are non standard such as the property being tenanted when you are buying it to live in, or if there is any other information about your contract you think we should have, please notify us below:

Please upload your deposit receipt if you have it - if you don't have it yet still submit this form ASAP so we can get to work, and email it to us once you do (this is the one that the agent will send you not your confirmation from the bank of the transfer)

Please refer back to your pre-approval email from us and if there are any extra payslips/statements etc you need to send us from there, please attach these now
