Once you have made the decision to start saving your deposit is a great time to come in and have a chat. We can talk you through the basics and give you an indication of the amount you may be able to borrow, the amount you should aim to save, the information we would need from you when you are ready to apply for a loan, the other costs involved in purchasing a property (solicitors costs, stamp duty, possible mortgage insurance etc) and help you get ready to make the very exciting plunge into home ownership.
If you haven’t quite been that organised – don’t stress! We can help you at any stage of the process. If you are ready to buy now then we will help you now. But timing is important here – come and see us! We will talk to you about what your plans are – both short and long term, and find you the best loan product to suit your needs. And remember, there is no cost charged to you for all of this. We are paid directly by the lender.
