Life before Up
Keisha joined the Up team, after previously having worked at Westpac for 10 years, and then buying a bakery! After 6 years of bakery life, she was missing working in finance and decided to move on from the world of bread, and make her return to the finance industry with our very lucky team! Now she misses bread… kidding! Outside of work, Keisha is a keen marathon runner (I know, eeek) and enjoys hiking in the mountains, especially in Winter, when she says it’s best as you barely see a soul for days! She also loves travelling around the world when she can, and spending time with her partner, step-kids and dog.

Keisha completed her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking in 2021, and now not only assists our clients with their home lending, but with car and personal loans as well.
Keisha loves the thrill of helping her clients into a new property, whether that’s a first home buyer, an upgrader or an experienced investor- there’s no other excitement quite the same as buying a new house! She also enjoys helping her clients to refinance their existing loans, working together with you and your individual circumstances to find the solution that is right for you.
Keisha loves being a part of the Up Loans team and getting to work alongside and learn from her colleagues Kirsty, Carrie and Tameeka to get exciting outcomes for our clients!
Keisha’s Property Journey
One of Keisha’s favourite pastimes is checking out new property listings online and dreaming about how she would style them… This was how Keisha got into her first home when she was 21 years old- she was browsing realestate.com.au and found the perfect first home, which had just come onto the market that day!
From there, she has upgraded twice and is now in what she hopes will be her forever home. She says she couldn’t have done it without the help of a broker- in this case our very own Tameeka.
Buying and selling a house at the same time as selling a business, was a great (but stressful!) learning experience, and Keisha now wants to help her clients make the process as stress-free and smooth as possible- she’ll be the one doing the leg work, and keeping your application moving along, so you can focus on your plans for your future.
The Future
After a 2 year hiatus from travelling (thanks pandemic!) Keisha was super keen to get back out there and finally flew to New Zealand where she got married. After completing the New York City Marathon in 2018, she is hoping to tick off more of the world major marathons starting with London, as well as spend some time on some nice tropical beaches with a cocktail!
Keisha is excited to grow and develop her career in finance broking, and is busy setting goals to help as many clients as she can, whether that’s getting into a new home, car or something else entirely. She loves being there with them for their journey and into the future.
Keisha is focussed on getting great outcomes for all of her clients, and building lasting relationships while she works with them to achieve their financial goals.
