Life Before Up
Sam joins the Up Loans team with over 18 years of banking experience. What started as a ‘gap year’ job quickly turned into a career in the industry that Sam developed a genuine passion and enthusiasm for. Over the years Sam worked her way up the banking ranks and has had roles from Branch Teller to Bank Manager as well as stints in Relationship Management and Business Banking. This history has brought Sam a wealth of experience that she is excited to bring into the mortgage broking industry. On a personal level Sam and her husband are parents to two kids and fur baby Lola, a chocolate Labrador. Both born and bred Canberrans, they have recently relocated to Tasmania and are excited to grow new roots here.
Sams property journey
Sam and her husband bought their first property, a two bedroom cottage in regional NSW in 2010, followed five years later with an investment property and a larger home for their growing family. Most recently they have purchased what Sam hopes will be their ‘forever home’ in Launceston.
