Our Administration Superheroes

Ella

Ella is not just the beautiful face in the mural on the side of our building, although that is pretty cool, she is also an absolute gun… at everything! With years of customer service experience under her belt, Ella loves helping our clients with all their property needs – she especially loves seeing the excitement of first home buyers, as she is hoping to be one herself this year! Ella likes to travel her home state camping and hiking (even though she has a terrible fear of heights) and we’ve heard that Ella and her partner Elliott may or may not have hiked Cradle Mountain around 10 times one year…!

Eliza

Eliza joined Up Loans as a broker assistant to Carrie. She came to Up with a wealth of knowledge after spending five years in a local Conveyancing firm practicing in all areas of property transfer – in fact the Up team have been dealing with Eliza for years as she assisted their clients to make their settlements as smooth as possible. Excitingly, Eliza purchased her first home at the very fresh age of 19 years old and was able to experience Up Loans as a client. She also built her second home (starting the process at a whole 21 years old!). During Eliza’s time with us she’s welcomed two beautiful children, a boy in December 2021 & a girl in September 2023. You guessed it in her words two under two is crazy… but she’s back smashing the whole working mum thing out of the park! Then to top it off because she never does anything in halves in December 2021 Eliza had a beautiful little baby boy and left us briefly to partake in her next big venture as a mum! Thankfully, she is now back in full swing and we’re so grateful to have her back! Outside of work you’ll find Eliza doing all of the crazy things that come with being a new mum along with spending as much time as she can with her partner while he is being the best part time stay at home dad or in the backyard STILL landscaping the new house – oh the joys of building!
